The album showcases the innovative spirit of Prince, featuring popular singles like Stare, This Could Be Us, and FALLINLOVE2NITE. The album includes contributions from artists such as Princes bandmates in 3RDEYEGIRL (Hannah Ford-Welton, Donna Grantis, and Ida Nielsen), Judith Hill, Rita Ora, and female rap duo Curly Fryz, but it was primarily a collaboration between Prince and Joshua Welton, who was a co-producer on the album.

    Since its release online, I have waited to own a physical copy of this classic. Love it, love it, love it!

    Nothing beats being able to open, read, and listen to a music or project from one of the greatest ever to do it!

    Love the music

    I love the music on this album and I have it on CD so I haven’t opened the album as I am collecting them to save her my grandchildren in case they are able to play a CD that I have in my collection right now.

    Just like the volume 2, HITnRUN 1 was a phenomenal album from Prince and I think that he wouldn’t have stopped on these but he would have gone on. Thank you so much for these releases.

    Hidden Gem in Prince Discography

    Not sure if I was just distracted back in 2015 or was taking it for granted that I'd have a new Prince album to enjoy every year going forward. Either way, in the 10 years since we lost him, it is amazing to go back and relisten to this album as a brilliant look back at what was and what we thought was going to be. I like to imagine Prince is performing nightly at his new Paisley Park up in Heaven - and I'm sure some of these tracks are on the set list.
